Return Policy

We want to ensure that all of our clients receive LifeOne that has been handled in a way that safeguards the potency and stability of the formula. Since we are unable to ensure the same standards in handling after it leaves our facility, we are unable to accept returns.

Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase, most orders are shipped the same day. However any order received after 3:00pm EST will be processed the following day. Modifications to existing orders can be made before 3:00pm as well.
